Hello everyone! My name is Ashley and I am a habit-minded self-care woman! I love taking some “me” time at night to make sure I am unwinding from long days of teaching little ones and preparing myself for a brand new day.
I have been practicing self-care for about 2 years now and have really noticed a difference in myself. I once was a very negative person, always seeing the worst. So I started researching and finding new ways to get out of the cloud of negativity. The way was through self-care. I started loving myself, making goals for my life and accomplishing them, being more mindful and more calm throughout my day. The purpose of my blog is to share my knowledge with others and to be as transparent and helpful to others as possible.
